FindMyChartPattern ("the App") is a chart pattern recognition tool for retail traders, developed by Mind Crate Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our iOS application.

By using FindMyChartPattern, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Data we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

• Email address — used for authentication via one-time password (OTP)
• Display name — optionally provided by you during sign-up
• Subscription tier — your current plan (basic, pro, or pro plus)

Usage data

• Chart patterns you draw and save (watchlist patterns)
• Market indices and stock symbols you track
• Pattern match alerts triggered for your watchlist
• Scan count — the number of pattern recognition requests you have made

Device data

• APNs device token — used solely to deliver push notifications to your device

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve FindMyChartPattern:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining your session
• Performing AI-powered chart pattern matching against market data
• Scanning market indices for pattern matches
• Sending push notifications when a saved pattern is detected in the market
• Enforcing usage limits based on your subscription tier
• Improving the accuracy of pattern recognition over time

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Third-party services

FindMyChartPattern relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure. supabase.com/privacy
• AI processing service— an third-party AI model is used for chart pattern recognition. Drawing data is transmitted to this service for analysis and is subject to the provider's data processing terms.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — backend compute infrastructure including Lambda functions and S3 storage. aws.amazon.com/privacy
• Apple (StoreKit / APNs) — in-app purchase processing and push notification delivery. apple.com/privacy

Push notifications

FindMyChartPattern uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver real-time pattern match alerts to your device.

• We request permission before sending any notifications
• Your APNs device token is stored securely and associated with your account
• Notifications are sent only when a pattern you have saved is matched against live market data
• You can disable push notifications at any time in your iOS Settings

Your device token is never shared with third parties and is used solely for delivering alerts to your device.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Account data (email, name, subscription) is retained until you delete your account
• Watchlist patterns and alerts are retained until you delete them or your account is deleted
• Device tokens are updated when you reinstall the app and removed when your account is deleted
• When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed via cascade deletion

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update your name or email through the app settings
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us
• Portability — request an export of your data by contacting us

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us at the email below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwordless authentication via one-time passwords — no passwords are stored
• Access controls ensure users can only access their own data

While we implement strong security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Children's privacy

FindMyChartPattern is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
